3D Robotics warrants to the original retail purchaser of Solo (the “Product”) that at the time of purchase that this product is free from material defect in materials and workmanship. Should this Product fail during normal consumer usage and conditions due to defective material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, or such longer period as is required by applicable law (“Warranty Period”), such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced at 3D Robotics’ option, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect(s).
This Warranty extends only to consumers who purchase the product from a 3D Robotics authorized reseller and is not transferable or assignable. This Warranty does not apply to:
(1) Product subjected to abnormal use or conditions, accident (including without limitation, collision, crash or fire), alteration, or improper repair;
(2) damage from exposure to moisture or extreme environmental conditions;
(3) damage from use with any accessory, software or other product not expressly authorized by 3D Robotics;
(4) damage from external causes such as dirt, sand, battery leakage, blown fuse, or improper usage of any electrical source;
(5) use in violation of law or ordinances in effect in the jurisdiction in which the Product is used.
3D Robotics assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. 3D Robotics makes no other warranties for Solo, and makes no warranties whatsoever for service, software, maintenance or support for non-3D Robotics branded products. Such products, service, software, maintenance or support is provided by 3D Robotics “As Is” and any third-party warranties, products, software, services, maintenance or support are provided by the original manufacturer or supplier, not by 3D Robotics.
Software is subject to the separate software license agreement accompanying or made available to you in connection with the software. A portion of the software contains or consists of open-source software, which you may use under the terms and conditions of the specific license under which the open-source software is distributed. You agree that you will be bound by any and all such license agreements, and that your usage of this product indicates your acceptance of those agreements. Title to software remains with the applicable licensor(s). In no event will 3D Robotics be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
THE EXTENT OF 3D ROBOTICS’ LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL ITS LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
Non-Solo Product Warranty Information
All Non-Solo products have a 90-day warranty. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been purchased. Goods cannot be returned for any reason including a customer no longer needing or wanting a product or lack of product knowledge unless the item is defective or faulty, in which case the following applies. All goods are checked before they are sent out. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, they must be returned to the 3D Robotics store at the address listed on your order invoice within 90 days of receipt, providing that the device has not been altered beyond that necessary to evaluate it, has no physical damage, and has been properly soldered or assembled by the user. Manufacturing defects identified during that period will be repaired by 3D Robotics or replaced with the same item. The 3D Robotics store will not accept goods that have been clearly used more than the amount needed to evaluate their functionality. If the goods are found to be in working condition and the lack of functionality is a result of knowledge or assembly error on the customer’s part, no refund will be made, but the goods will be returned to the user at their expense. If there is evidence that the product has been modified or an effort to “fix” it has been made, the 3D Robotics store will not be responsible and therefore will not provide an exchange. For other products distributed but not manufactured directly by the 3D Robotics store (i.e. cameras, broadband amplifiers, etc.), we will replace the defective part within 10 days of delivery confirmation. The item must be as it was shipped / or received in store, with no modifications, original packaging and contents. Order cancellations/refunds apply with the following conditions:
- When we can no longer provide one or more items of the actual order (i.e. discontinued parts).
- When one or more items of the actual order are not expected to be shipped within 30 days or more.
- When one or more items of the actual order is marked as In Stock but was actually Out of Stock due to an inventory error.
Returns is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are credited as store credit upon receipt. RMAs are required for returns. Once the RMA has been issued, the customer has to return the item within 10 days of the issue date. If the item is not shipped/received within that time frame, the RMA will be nullified. Any order discrepancies must be communicated within 30 days of order receipt. This applies to any missing parts in kits, orders in packages, etc. After the 30 day window, we cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
RETURNS, REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Solo products purchased directly from Funstufz Sdn Bhd or from its’ Authorized 3D Robotics Reseller may be returned under the following circumstances only:
- Within the Warranty period if defective.
If your 3D Robotics product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact our Service team at email@example.com. The team can help you diagnose and fix problems to get you back in the air. If we can’t help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to repair or replacement
You may view our product warranty here. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty is limited and will not apply, for example, when the product has been misused or altered.
To return a product because it fails our product warranty, use the following process:
Step 1. Obtain Return Authorization Code
Request a return authorization code by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the product model, quantity, and description of the issue(s) in the request. Funstufz Sdn Bhd will respond with a return authorization code.
Step 2. Ship / Drop Off
Mail / Drop Off the product to us in its original package with all contents. Returns via shipping must include the return authorization code on the shipping label and be sent to A-13A-5, Metropolitan Square, Block A, Jalan PJU 8/1, Bandar Damansara Perdana, 47820, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Products delivered to us without a return authorization code or without original packaging and contents will be returned to you at your expense.
Warranty Return Processing
3D Robotics will test your product. If your product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, 3D Robotics will, at its sole discretion, (i) repair or replace the product or (ii) issue store credit instead of repair or replacement.
If your product does not qualify for warranty repair or replacement, 3D Robotics will notify you. You may authorize us to repair the product at your expense, including a RM50 inspection fee
