What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are based on Pos Laju published rates for orders in Malaysia. Rates will vary due to location and method chosen at checkout.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Our objective is to process and ship your orders the same business day – for orders received and proof of payment received before 12.00 PM. Otherwise orders will be shipped the next business day. (Estimated delivery time is 14 days)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail.

Note: All orders are subject for review and payment. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. For secure delivery, all of our shipments are tracked.

Ordering

Why should I become a registered user?

You won’t have to re-enter your shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Having an account and signing up for newsletters will keep you updated of the latest product information as well as any promotions. Click HERE to register now.

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact customer service department by sending an email to info@3drobotics.com.my as soon as possible. Please include your order number name, contact number and the email address used for the purchase. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What are my payment options?

An email with instructions for payment will be sent. Currently we have direct bank in and online transfers which proof of payment is required via email.
